This wine combines the elegance of Pinot Noir and the versatility of Glera. The Glera grapes are vinified as white, while the Pinot Noir grapes are vinified as red, after completing a short pre-fermentation maceration of 24 – 36 hours. The two base wines are then assembled before secondary fermentation, which occurs with selected yeasts for at least ninety days. Refines in the bottle one month before marketing.
