카르파치오나 치즈, 빵 전체적으로 어우러지게 음식과 매칭해서 드실수 있는 와인입니다.

 

밀레지마토는 이탈리아어입니다. 프랑스로는 밀레짐 이라는 뜻을 가지고 있는데요

보통 당해에 생산된 포도로 만들어진 빈티지 와인이라고 생각하시면 됩니다.

In 1999, the brothers Giorgio and Gerardo Serena, educated to respect nature, falling in love with the land and the vineyards located on the splendid hills of the northern side of the DOCG, purchased the Ville d'Arfanta estate.

The Serena family has made Ville d'Arfanta the home of hospitality for its customers and friends, maintaining its rustic and typically Venetian style, where you can breathe a familiar, welcoming and warm atmosphere.

From the best vineyards in the hills of the Prosecco Superiore Conegliano Valdobbiadene Docg area, those grapes are grown which, once brought to the cellar, are transformed into the best version of Serena's prosecco.

The grapes are harvested in the best ripening season, by hand, by winemakers who respect the life cycle of the plant. The territory of origin is a sun-kissed niche, protected from the north winds and dotted with the best vineyards of the Treviso area.
Due to the exclusivity of the territory and the characteristics of the area, the DOCG hills have been included in the UNESCO world heritage list.

전통적인 샴페인방식으로 생산하는 이탈리아 프로세코

샴페인이 더 높고 프로세코가 더 낮다는 인식은 이제 버려야될거같습니다.

제가 이탈리아남자Jay라서 하는 말이 아니구요

어쨋든 좋은 샴페인과 좋은 프로세코는 항상 옳다

개인적으로 소규모 생산자의 RM 샴페인을 더 좋아하는 편입니다.

손에 넣기도 맛을 평가하기도 쉽지 않은 샴페인과 프로세코지만

계속 맛보다보면 당연히 차이점들을 캐치하실수 있으실거에요
