마일즈와인테이스팅바에 새로운 신규와인이 들어와서 리뷰하도록 하겠습니다.

프랑스 루아르 지역과 알자스 지역에서도 유명한 쇼비뇽블랑

뉴질랜드에서도 굉장히 품질이 좋습니다.

특히 말보로 지역에서 유명한데요

해양성기후로 인해 서늘한 지역으로 포도들을 키울때 산도가 좋아서

와인 양조할때 굉장히 신선하게 다가오는 와인입니다.

Sauvignon Blanc 
A zesty and aromatic Sauvignon Blanc with fruity acidity and an expressive palate that is juicy and flavoursome. With delicious flavours of tropical fruit and citrus, this mouthwatering wine will excite the senses.  
Colour: 
Bright straw with green hues. 
Aroma: 
Fresh and zesty, this fruit-driven wine will excite the senses with aromas of lime, passionfruit and freshly cut herbs.  
Palate: 
A juicy palate with tropical fruit  flavours and a balanced      herbaceousness with a long lasting and refreshingly dry finish. 

Winemaking & Viticulture: 
Vintage 2022 provided the warmest weather on record in New Zealand. This along with favourable rain post-flowering set up a fantastic fruit crop for our 2022 wines. An early and compact harvest along with hard work allowed our talented      winemaker to produce fabulous wines that rival the last two years vintages with well balanced flavour
and acidity.  
Grapes were harvested in the early morning from vineyards in the Wairau and Awatere Valleys. Lightly pressed, the juice was fermented cool with selected yeasts to preserve the aromatic fruit characters.

Alcohol 12.5 % v/v 
Residual sugar 2.2 g/L 
Acidity 7.8 g/L 
pH 3.33 
Food Match: 
Enjoy with fresh caught fish and a zesty salsa, or mussel's with a chilli, lemongrass and coconut broth.
